While downstairs customers can peruse the extensive range of fine wine in the shop and drink at the well stocked bar, upstairs provides a lounge type atmosphere where customers can quaff their wine and fine ales while listening to music of equally high calibre.</p><p>So it came to pass that Frankly Jazz were asked to play at the 30th birthday party for one of the regulars. Eager party-goers danced to the swing music Marcus and Johnny offered late into the night. The Frankly Jazz duo were asked to play for an hour as the guests and happy couple arrived back from the church for a glass or 3 of champagne.</p><p>Playing in the resplendent drawing room was a joy, particularly for Johnny as he benefited from the use of the magnificent extended Steinway. The well loved pub and restaurant is known for the &#8216;opera nights&#8217; that attract singers from the very summit of English opera, notwithstanding owners D&#8217;arcy Bleiker and Anna Burford who have performed at the best operatic venues across Europe and the USA.</p><p>How would such a high brow clientele react to the smooth sophistication of Frankly Jazz? Frankly Jazz set up in the side garden to welcome the happy couple to [...]]]></description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Frankly Jazz performed for the wedding of Nicole and Simon Rayner at Solberge Hall on the 10th April this year.</p><p>The beautiful grade II listed Georgian mansion just outside Northallerton in North Yorkshire provided a perfect backdrop for a stunning reception.
